My maid of honor recommended Ocean Bride as she got her dress from you. During my first appointment, I was given time to choose dresses that I liked the look of. The woman (please find out who it was as she was lovely and I cant remember her name!) helping asked what I did/did not like and gave her opinion which really helped. It was a very comfortable appointment, there was no pressure to like a dress. However, when we did find "the one" which resulted in me and my entourage in tears, we also set off the woman helping off! My dress and veil was ordered and the shop kept me up to date with what was happening. When my dress was in I went back and Emma (I think it was) allowed me to just walk around and enjoy my dress. She did not usher me out, even though there were other appointments. I think I was there for over half an hour just wondering about! I was made to feel like I was the only customer you were dealing with, it wasw perfect. Emma was also there when I had my first appointment with the seamstress and was really friendly and chatty. (The seamstress was recommended by Ocean Bride - who was also fantastic and a very good price).
