My maid of honour recommended Ocean Bride as she got her dress from you. During my first appointment, I was given time to choose dresses that I liked the look of. Michelle asked what I did/did not like and gave her opinion which really helped. It was a very comfortable appointment; there was no pressure to like a dress. However, when we did find "the one" which resulted in me and my entourage in tears, we also set off the woman helping off! My dress and veil was ordered and the shop kept me up to date with what was happening. When my dress was in I went back and Sarah allowed me to just walk around and enjoy my dress. She did not usher me out, even though there were other appointments. I think I was there for over half an hour just wondering about! I was made to feel like I was the only customer you were dealing with, it was perfect. Sarah was also there when I had my first appointment with the seamstress and was really friendly and chatty. (The seamstress was recommended by Ocean Bride - who was also fantastic and a very good price). On our wedding day my husband was delighted with the dress and was completely blown away, and everyone commented how beautiful if was. 6 weeks on and I am still getting compliments for my dress and it is still talked about in everyone’s conversations!!
